Van Zandt HawnManaging DirectorVan co-founded Goldner Hawn in 1989 after spending ten years at Piper Jaffray as a Managing Director in corporate finance, where he focused on public underwritings and merger and acquisition advice. Van's career began as a corporate lawyer with Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and Paris. He graduated from Williams College and the University of Virginia School of Law and is a member of the bar in New York and Minnesota. Van currently serves on the boards of Goldner Hawn portfolio companies Transport America, Vitality Foodservice and Union Metal Corporation. In addition, he is a board member with publicly-owned Regis Corp. Former community board affiliations include the Minnesota Children's Museum, The Blake School and the Minnesota Orchestra. |
