Strategic Advisory Board

The Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison Strategic Advisory Board was established in connection with the formation of Marathon Fund V to give our firm structured and regular contact with current and former top executives throughout the business community. The aggregate C-level or senior management business experience, intelligence and wisdom of our Board is a powerful asset for our firm and our investors and allows us to maintain a strong connection with the community. The existence of the Board gives GHJ&M the opportunity to talk about overall strategies and recent market trends, and hear objective perspectives on issues concerning our portfolio companies and potential investment opportunities. The Board members have committed over $5 million to Marathon Fund V and may also serve as directors on the boards of our portfolio companies.
