Michael S. Israel

Managing Director

Mike was hired by Goldner Hawn in 1992 as an associate, and over his career has taken on increased responsibilities including serving as Goldner Hawn’s Chief Financial Officer from 1997-2004.  In 2004 he was named a Managing Director and returned to the investment side of the business on a full-time basis. Prior to joining Goldner Hawn, Mike worked as a corporate finance analyst at Piper Jaffray.

Mike serves on the boards of Goldner Hawn portfolio companies Union Metal and Remmele Engineering. He also serves on the board of the Washburn Center for Children. He holds a degree in Economics from Stanford University.
