![]() Michael E. HealyVice PresidentMike joined Goldner Hawn in 2007 after spending four years at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. In his prior career as a corporate lawyer, he represented a number of financial institutions on bank and mezzanine financings in conjunction with leveraged acquisitions. He also represented several Fortune 100 companies on a wide variety of merger, acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions. Mike currently serves as a director of Goldner Hawn portfolio company Remmele Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Harvard Law School. |
