Lisa A. Kro

Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of GHPE

Lisa joined Goldner Hawn in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for investor relations, fund management and oversight of the firm’s internal operations. Prior to Goldner Hawn, Lisa spent over 17 years at KPMG LLP, most recently as Partner in Charge of the Consumer and Industrial Business Practice for KPMG's Minneapolis office. She also served as the audit partner for several of KPMG’s Fortune 500 clients in Minnesota and gained international business experience by working in KPMG’s Munich office in 1991-1992.

Lisa currently serves on the board of Goldner Hawn portfolio company Specialty Commodities. She holds board positions at the Lutheran Community Foundation and the ELCA Board of Pensions. Lisa is also a director at Famous Dave's of America. She is a graduate from Minnesota State University-Moorhead and is a licensed CPA.
