Lisa A. Kro

Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer

Lisa joined Goldner Hawn in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for investor relations, fund management and oversight of the firm’s internal operations. Prior to Goldner Hawn, Lisa spent over 17 years at KPMG LLP, most recently as Partner in Charge of the Consumer and Industrial Business Practice for KPMG's Minneapolis office. In this role she was responsible for developing new client relationships with food, consumer product and retail companies throughout the Upper Midwest.  She also served as the audit partner for several of KPMG’s Fortune 500 clients in Minnesota and gained international business experience by working in KPMG’s Munich office in 1991-1992.

She currently serves on the board of Goldner Hawn portfolio company Petermann Holding Co., LLC, and until 2006 spent six years as a board member at Washburn Child Guidance Center. Lisa is a graduate from Minnesota State University-Moorhead and is a licensed CPA.
