Jason T. Brass

Managing Director

Jason joined GHJ&M in 2002 after spending two years with Minneapolis-based Norwest Equity Partners in its management and leveraged buyout group. Prior to that, Jason spent three years in the Corporate Development Group of Arthur Andersen LLP. 

Jason currently serves as a director of GHJ&M portfolio companies Allen Edmonds, Houlihan's Restaurants, Specialty Commodities and Westlake Hardware. In addition, he is a director for Pouchtec Industries LLC, a food packaging company based in Foley, Minnesota. Jason is also active in an advisory role with the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.
