Jason T. Brass

Principal

Jason joined Goldner Hawn in 2002 after spending two years with Minneapolis-based Norwest Equity Partners in its management and leveraged buyout group. Prior to that, Jason spent three years in the Corporate Development Group of Arthur Andersen LLP. Jason was promoted to Vice President at Goldner Hawn in 2005 and to Principal in 2007.

Jason currently serves on the Advisory Board for Pouchtec Industries LLC, a food packaging company based in Foley, Minnesota. He is also active in an advisory role with the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business.
