Investment Strategy and Criteria

Goldner Hawn’s primary investment focus is on acquiring control positions in middle market businesses through acquisitions and recapitalizations.  We generally prefer to invest in businesses based in the Midwestern U.S.  We invest across a variety of industrial and consumer sectors, and have broad transactional capabilities gained from our 20+ year history of structuring private equity investments in a wide variety of settings.
