  • Add-on acquisitions for Marathon Fund V portfolio companies

  • Companies with annual EBITDA up to $10.0 million

  • Preference for control-oriented equity investments, but will also consider minority equity investments and subordinated debt investments

  • Will consider growth oriented and buyout investment opportunities in a range of industries and market segments

  • Preference for companies located in the Upper Midwest

GHJ&M provides equity capital through Marathon Fund V and through co-investment relationships with longtime financing partners. GHJ&M's investment team has primary responsibility for supervising Marathon Fund IV and Marathon Fund V portfolio companies.
