Goldner Hawn is a private equity investment firm based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Since our formation in 1989, we have produced excellent returns for our investors and our business partners by staying true to our founders’ strategy for success. We take a long-term approach to investing, provide expertise in a wide range of business disciplines, and focus our efforts in industries and geographies where our experience and relationships give us a sustainable competitive advantage.

Over the past 18 years, Goldner Hawn, including institutional equity co-investments, has invested approximately $606 million in 27 platform companies. To date our realized investments have generated an average internal rate of return of 24 percent. Our current fund, Marathon Fund V, was established in 2004 with $255 million of committed equity capital.
